Returns and Exchanges
All our abayas are custom-made, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. Since every piece is created specifically for each customer, returns or exchanges are only possible if the item is incorrect or has a manufacturing defect.
Incorrect or Defective Products
If you receive an item that does not match your order (size, color, or design) or has a manufacturing defect, we will ensure it is corrected and replaced.
To file a claim, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide clear photos showing the defect or discrepancy.
